In September 2003 we replaced our popular FastTrack surgeries with a new type of appointment called 1 in 5. This is a five minute appointment, where just one problem can be presented - and hopefully sorted if it's not too complicated! 1 in 5 surgeries are held morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday. Appointments are only bookable on the day, and our Appointments Line is open from 8.15am Monday to Friday. So 1 in 5 is:
