home previous page	Admin Team   Bob Dunning is the Practice Manager at Brockwell Medical Group. He is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the practice, including staff management, finance, health and safety and premises. He is available to patients to discuss non-clinical matters regarding the practice, and is also responsible for handling any complaints made about the practice, according to the practice complaints procedure.   There are about 20 members of the admin staff who work to constantly keep the practice running smoothly. Today's busy general practice requires a sophisticated office system, and our staff can competently cope with everything from answering telephones to dealing with requests for appointments, visits and repeat prescriptions, as well as data processing and secretarial work.
