Weekday surgery appointments are available for both morning and late afternoon surgeries, and occasionally early afternoon as well. The receptionists will be pleased to advise you on available times with particular doctors. In September 2003 we introduced a new type of appointment at Brockwell Surgery called a "1 in 5", in addition to our normal 10 minute appointments. Follow the link to find out more about 1 in 5. Our aim is to provide an appointment with a doctor within two working days, but this may not always be with the doctor of your choice. If you can plan ahead a little, you will have more choice of doctors and more appointment slots available. If you have made an appointment which you find you cannot keep, please ring and cancel it, as there are always patients willing to take cancellation appointments. |
