Traditionally, "macho" man has not been interested in his health. Health was something women read about, then dieted for, then went to aerobics classes for! But lifstyles are changing, and there are now specific magazines aimed at men about men's health. The worried man no longer has to peek at a copy of Cosmopolitan to find out what he should be worrying about this week!

Lifestyle changes are probably the most important first step for most people interested in improving their health. Healthy eating (a better way of thinking of "dieting"), exercise, smoking and alcohol all need consideration.

The main health concerns of men tend to be heart disease, prostate disease and testicular problems.
