home previous page	New Patients   Our medical list is currently open and we are happy to accept new patients who live in the practice area. This includes Cramlington, New Hartley, Seaton Delaval and Seaton Sluice, as well as the estates accessed from the South Beach Road in Blyth. You can register by calling at reception to fill in a form. Since there is usually a delay in obtaining records from your previous doctor, we will invite you to attend for a new patient registration medical check with one of our practice nurses. When you attend for this please bring a urine sample. If you are on regular medication, please either bring in a repeat prescription form from your previous doctor, or the tablets and medicines themselves.
