Repeat prescriptions can be ordered
by telephone (see the Contact us page for the number to call)
via this internet link, but only if you have first obtained a registration form in person from the surgery, and registered online.
or by leaving a written request in the box in the foyer.
Whichever method you choose, please state clearly which medication you want prescribing.
Please note:
We will no longer be able to handle emailed prescription requests after 31st January 2008. But you can still order your repeat prescription items on-line using the internet link above.
If you haven't already, you will need to collect a form from the surgery reception to register for this new service. The new service is more efficient than the emailed requests, and should link in to a new system called Electronic Transfer of Prescriptions, which automatically sends prescription requests to your chosen pharmacist. We will tell you more about this service when it is available.
