The best time to speak to the doctors for test results or advice is between 11.30am and 12 noon. Many results now come directly into our computer system from the hospital and if the doctor has already viewed your result the reception staff may be able to pass this on to you. If the doctors are busy, please leave a contact phone number and they will call you back. If you phone in the afternoon it is likely that we will take your phone number so that the doctor can ring you back at the end of evening surgery. |
